Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have original hangtags attached before placing them in their original eco-friendly packaging.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
